Forex Market Limitation, Be Careful!

Forex is rumored to be one of the most promising investments at the moment. Forex is an online transaction of buying and selling foreign exchange or forex where the profit is calculated based on the difference between the purchase price and the selling price of a currency. Range

Range is a strategy or technique used for trading on a market that has a limited range. Range trading occurs when a financial instrument oscillates between two limits and below for a certain period of time. Usually the lower and upper limits are defined as support and resistance levels. Range trading works best in the absence of a trend. When the market has no clear direction, that's when this consolidation period settles in. The range trading strategy seeks to bid the extreme limits. In other words, traders want to buy at the bottom of the range. Conversely, traders also want to sell at the top of the range.

Alternatively, more experienced traders can look for range breakouts. This type of trading strategy can provide traders with quick profits because trading on the back of strong momentum. In order to open a trade within a trading range, the trader needs to time the trader's entry. Traders can determine timeframes based on entries by looking for clues that support and resistance levels will hold. In a market environment, overbought and oversold indicators work best for timing range-based entries.
