Forex is a type of trade or transaction that trades a country's currency against another country's currency. Forex trading lasts 24 hours. People buy or sell currencies in this forex market. As for the principles of trading in the forex market, traders can say they are quite similar to other markets in general. The principle is to buy low and sell high. The purpose of forex trading is to estimate the direction of price changes. That way, traders can benefit from the difference in buying and selling prices.

Many people are involved in the world of trading but cannot make consistent profits. This is because many traders do not have good psychology. Many traders already know that the determining elements of trading success are determined by the method, money and mind factors. A successful trader must have all three, but most traders have the wrong understanding of all three.

Greed in one's trading mindset drives decisions that appear to be taking on too much risk. Meanwhile, fear drives decisions to avoid risk and make profits that are too small.
