Day Trading - How to Be A Day Trader

Day trading is one of trading style by ordering buy and sell other financial instruments in a day which means the opened position in that day will not diverted to the next day or next trading session. This strategy is widely applied by some traders to get profit in a short-term.

Day trader needs to monitor the market for securities which is traded by trader continuously. So, day trader will pay attention to day trading price movement using real time graphic to get profit from short-term price volatile. Trader utilize big leverage and short-term trading strategy to utilize the low price movement in high liquidity currency.

Then, how to learn day trading?

1. Pay attention to the trend

In day trading, trend really helps trader in reaching profit. Paying attention to the trend or trendline is very crucial for them. There are 2 possibilities of trendline occurs. First, when the position is up trend (bullish). In this position, trader can order buy. Second, when the position is down trend (bearish), trader can order sell. 

Trader also have to pay attention to the market when it's in the sideways condition so that they will not order buy or sell.



2. Making order

After trader analyzes the buy or sell position, trader must make order. Some kinds of order in Forex trading are order market, limit entry order, stop entry order, stop loss order, and trailing stop order.

3. Using time frame

A day trader needs time frame to monitor the up and down price in order to determine buy or sell order. The time frame usage for day trader is 10 minutes - 1 hour.
